After more than 25 years in the airline industry and raising five sons, Jen discovered her passion for real estate while navigating a sudden move for her own family. Preparing, selling, and relocating a home largely on her own showed her how emotional and complex life transitions can be and how much the right guidance matters.
Those experiences, along with her work helping families through senior living and downsizing transitions, shaped the way she serves her clients today. Jen understands that some moves are joyful, like a first home or a growing family, while others require patience, clarity, and thoughtful care.
Known for going above and beyond, she helps clients understand their options and move forward with confidence.
Today Jen works alongside her son Kenyon, guiding families through every stage of homeownership while helping them protect what matters most.
Kenyon Matua
Kenyon Matua is a Utah-born Realtor® who believes homeownership is one of the most meaningful ways families build stability and long-term value.
Having grown up in Utah, Kenyon understands the communities, lifestyle, and the importance many families place on planting roots and building a lasting legacy through real estate.
Kenyon works alongside his mother, Jen Matua, as part of a mother-son real estate team. Together they provide thoughtful guidance and consistent communication throughout every step of the process, helping clients make confident decisions when buying or selling a home.
He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Communication Studies, where he developed a strong foundation in professional communication and client advocacy.
In addition to real estate, Kenyon has spent five years working in the golf industry and currently serves as an Assistant Golf Professional at a private club. His background in competitive sports, including collegiate rugby at BYU, shaped the discipline and focus he brings to serving his clients.
Kenyon and his wife are raising their young daughter in Utah and enjoy spending time outdoors and with family.
